Own our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and X. You're not posting into a void — you're telling the story of a real product that real people use. Short-form content, campus moments, growth from zero. This is a ground-floor role that will define how Out is seen.

What you'll do
• Create and post short-form content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X
• Document real Out moments — campus meetups, user stories
• Grow our following from zero in Texarkana and TAMUT
• Work directly with the founder on brand voice and strategy

You're the first line of defense. Review reports, handle bad actors, and make sure people feel safe using Out. A single good call here can protect someone. This role has direct impact — and it's one of the most important we're hiring for.

What you'll do
• Review user reports and escalate or resolve them
• Monitor the community board for violations
• Handle ban decisions and maintain the blocklist
• Help shape safety policies as the platform grows

Be the face of Out at TAMUT. Talk to real people, make Out a thing on campus, and grow word-of-mouth from the ground up. Word-of-mouth is how we win and you're the engine. Flexible hours, performance-based perks, and you get to say you helped launch it.

What you'll do
• Spread Out on campus through events, flyers, and conversations
• Be the main contact point for TAMUT users
• Report back on what students actually want from the app
• Organize the first real Out meetup on campus
